Our commitment to you
We want you to be completely satisfied with Relay and all System 3 services. If you're unhappy with your purchase or subscription, we'll do our best to make it right.
Cancellation and refund policy for subscriptions
- If you cancel your monthly subscription, it will remain active for the rest of your current billing period and will not renew.
- If you contact us at billing@system3.md, we will provide a refund for one month of your subscription—no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email us at billing@system3.md with your order details and a brief explanation.
- We will review your request and aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exclusions & notes
- We generally cannot offer refunds on custom consulting work or services already delivered.
- This refund policy applies to purchases made directly from System 3. Purchases made via resellers or other platforms are subject to their policies.
